3DREP6型三通減壓閥由比例電磁鐵直接驅動,
將輸入的電信號按比例地轉化成壓力輸出信號.
比例電磁鐵是帶中心螺紋和可更換線圈的濕式可控直流電磁鐵,
電磁鐵可通過外部電控器(3DREP型)和集成電控器(3DREPE型)精細控制
REXROTH力士樂比例閥的工作原理如下在不制動時,活塞在感載彈簧通過杠桿施加的推力F的作用下,處
于左端極限位置,這時閥門離開閥座打開,使輸入輸出油路相通。當開始制動時,來自助力器的壓力為P1的
制動液由進油口進入,并通過閥門從出油口輸至后制動管路.此時輸出液壓P,等于輸入液壓P1當制動踏板
力增大時,P1和P2同步增大。但由于活塞左側承壓面積大于右側,致使活塞左側受到的力也大于右側.
Rexroth力士樂比例閥的結構和其它參數(shù)一定的情況下,調(diào)節(jié)作用的初始控制壓力P·的值取決于感載的比例
閥感載彈簧預緊力的大小,其變化范圍在1.35~2.7MPa之I閏.因此只要使彈簧預緊力隨汽車實際軸荷的變化
而變化,就能實現(xiàn)感載調(diào)節(jié)。感載比例閥安裝在左后輪附近,其安裝方式使得軸荷增加時,感載彈簧被拉伸,折
點液壓PS增大;軸荷減小時.PS減小.這樣就使Ps隨載荷變化,實現(xiàn)了感載調(diào)節(jié),使前后輪制動力分配更接近理想分
配特性曲線。
